It is undoubtedly a deluxe option when in Hanoi. Breakfast was great, we were provided with the deluxe king room. The staff provides marvellous service too👍

Hotel was very clean and management was excellent. In the evening we visited chestnut restaurant & sky bar it was nearby. We were upgraded to a superior room with a balcony. It is great value for money.

the staff was helpful. the hotel's setting easy walk to everything we wanted to explore, like st joseph's cathedral. easy to get to a train station. thien quang lake is close to the property.
